Maffei Campaign Responds to Congresswoman Buerkle’s Failure to Address Her Record

Congressional Candidate Dan Maffei’s campaign spokesperson Marc Brumer made the following statement regarding Congresswoman Buerkle’s television advertisement released Tuesday.

"Congresswoman Buerkle does not mention a single thing she has done for the people of Central New York during her two years in Congress.  Maybe that’s because during that time she has voted to raise taxes on the middle class, slash education funding, and gut medicare in order to pay for enormous new tax breaks for billionaires"

Congresswoman Buerkle voted against extending the Payroll Tax cut.
