Owens Visits OswegoCongressman Owens stopped by the Oswego County Democratic Headquarters on Thursday the 11th to say thank you to county committee members and volunteers.
Oswego County as the largest county in the 23rd Congressional District was instrumental in the congressman's victory this year.
