Complaint with Jury Demand ... Morin vs. Hon. James Tormey

In our original post we brought out a rumor that Judge Tormey's is behind Jeffrey Costello's Law Suit to deny Democrats candidates in the 5th Judicial District? Insiders are telling us that Jeffery Costello's brother works for Tormey.

Now the question must be asked how did Mr. Costello know to bring the suit and who is paying for it? The law office that Mr. Costello has employed costs thousands for this type of action.


We have found out he was not in attendance at the convention and had NO first hand knowledge of what was said and happened. So how and why did he bring a suit and for what purpose?

After much research we have obtained the orginal Complaint against Judge Tormey. You must read it.

Item number 39 in the complaint is very telling and may explain why this suit came about. To quote from the section, " ...Judge Klim was running on the Democratic ticket against "good Republican friends of mine...." ... " Tormey and Voninski ... asked (Morin) to spy on, and provide incorrect negative information about Judge Klim..."
