NO...Is not a Policy... Republican Senator's Hold Up On Time Budget

In watching and reading the debate over the state senates passing of the state budget it became very clear to me the republican leadership has no "real" proposals other than just saying no. No is not a policy. Also by saying NO it costs state taxpayers FOUR MILLION DOLLARS a day because of the delay in passing it on time.

Clearly the republican senators have no plan. They want to pander and please every group in the state and avoid hard choices. The fact is they have tried to increase the state budget by EIGHT BILLION DOLLARS and at the same time called the current budget excessive!

What amazes me the most is that everyone has such such a short memory. The same republican senators that are now "fiscal conservatives" in the minority were last year when they were the majority lead the state to much of this fiscal crisis.

It seems to me that POLITICAL COURAGE MATTERS MORE TO THE DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY THAN POLITICAL PARTIES UNLIKE THE REPUBLICAN MINORITY.
